Role: SDE 1 - Backend Engineer

We are seeking a passionate SDE I (Backend) to join our high-growth tech team at TripJack, Delhi. You will play a key role in building scalable server-side architectures and delivering robust backend logic for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design and maintain RESTful APIs supporting multiple products; build microservices using Java, Go, or Ruby.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration and deliver high-quality code following industry best practices.
• Performance & Data: Optimize backend systems for high availability/scalability; manage data integrity in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Maintenance: Debug complex issues to minimize downtime and actively participate in code reviews to elevate team processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience: 2-4 years of backend development (preferably in a startup environment).
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Java; hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Git. Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
