Siemens is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and empower their Site Control and Comfort AI teams in Pune. This role is crucial for driving agile development processes and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage two to three Scrum teams, taking full accountability for their deliverables.
• Plan, drive, and monitor iteration work to meet timelines, quality standards, and project scope.
• Provide technical mentorship to the development team, assisting in resolving complex issues and offering support beyond the architect's and technical lead's scope.
• Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders at critical junctures to facilitate informed decision-making and ensure timely information flow, removing impediments for the Scrum team's progress on the product backlog.
• Ensure Scrum teams adhere to established Scrum processes, including readiness checks, definition of done, and efficient execution of sprint ceremonies.
• Support the Project Manager by providing accurate and timely data for informed decisions regarding project scope, quality, and risk management.
• Act as a backup for the Global Project Manager role.

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc.
• 8-10 years of overall professional experience, with 5-6 years of hands-on project management experience.
• A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, alongside familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• A background in software development would be a significant advantage.
