Scrum Master

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with 6 to 12 years of experience and a proactive, take-charge attitude to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring absolute clarity and understanding. You will analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, identify critical trends, and provide data-driven support for decision-making processes. Furthermore, you will proactively identify inefficiencies within existing workflows or systems and propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes.

This position requires experience in at least one of the following engagements: BI/DW, DWH, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Projects, Data Management, or Data Governance. You will be responsible for enabling and empowering the development team to deliver high-quality deliverables, removing impediments, and resolving conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity. Strong collaboration with Product Owners is essential for prioritizing the backlog and defining clear, actionable user stories. You will monitor sprint progress using key metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing learnings.
