Requirements:
- Experience: 5 - 10 years
- Education: Any Graduate with a minimum of 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Documentation: Submission of all educational and employment documents is mandatory. The mode of salary credit for all previous employers must be through bank transfer (no cash in hand).
- Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Proven experience managing a scrum team.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and project life cycle from initiation to implementation.
- Proficiency in creating project plans, effort estimations, risk highlighting and mitigation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to create status reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence applications.
- Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral).
