Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the scrum team meets Sprint objectives and commitments.
• Resolve impediments and foster a productive team dynamic.
• Collaborate with development teams on project deliverable estimation and planning.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining and refining the Product Backlog, including defining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Forecast iteration outcomes leveraging historical data and team capacity.
• Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DOR), Definition of Done (DOD), and Acceptance Criteria.
• Oversee MoSCoW adherence for the Sprint Backlog.
• Champion the correct implementation of the Agile Process.
• Provide technical assistance and facilitate clear communication within the team.
• Facilitate all Agile Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Grooming, Demo, Retrospection) ensuring proper adoption.
• Maintain and update all Scrum artifacts.
• Help the team achieve stable velocity.
• Train the team on Agile processes (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Record and own Retrospection actions for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira.
• Familiarity with agile metrics, backlog management, and user story creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and resolve team challenges.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
