Scrum Master II

As a Scrum Master II at Capgemini Pune, you will be a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will be instrumental in removing impediments and resolving dependencies, both within teams and across multiple teams. A crucial part of your role will be to promote Lean-Agile principles, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. You will coach teams on self-organization, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum best practices. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog refinement and prioritization. Progress will be tracked using Agile metrics and tools like Rally and Jira. Ultimately, you will drive delivery accountability by creating an environment conducive to successful sprint outcomes and value delivery.
