Scrum Master Opportunity with LTIMindtree

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from Pune, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evolve complex Scaled Agile portfolios.
  • Facilitate the scrum process for teams with significant cross-functional impacts, including project, non-project, and maintenance work.
  • Guide scrum teams and the organization in adopting generally accepted Agile Scrum practices.
  • Actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint/Iteration.
  • Optimize the flow of value by steering Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and navigating the complexities of large-scale software delivery.
  • Manage program-level processes, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and communicate annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs).
  • Facilitate PI Planning readiness and the PI Planning event.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure continuous backlog refinement, potentially including stories from multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with non-Agile work teams, including Scrum of Scrums, to manage risks and dependencies.
  • Escalate and track impediments to resolution.
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
  • Foster collaboration between teams, System and Solution Architects, and Engineering.
  • Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
  • Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.
  • Drive relentless improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Assess and improve the agility level of ARTs and Solution Trains.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 to 11 years.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid.
  • Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore.
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
  • Mandatory Skills: Project Governance, Project Planning, Schedule Management, Scope & Change Management.
  • Good to Have Skills: Agile (Value-Driven Delivery).
