Scrum Master - Data & Mulesoft Integration

About Us:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with deep expertise in the Data and MuleSoft integration platform to join our team. This role is critical for facilitating Agile development, ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation: Guide teams on Scrum principles, facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement.
• Project Coordination: Align business goals with technical execution, ensure timely delivery by tracking progress and managing risks, assist in backlog refinement, and support cross-functional integration.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and leadership, ensuring transparency through effective reporting and aligning on priorities.
• Process Optimization: Implement Agile best practices for Data/MuleSoft development, promote automation/DevOps/CI-CD principles, and drive workflow innovation.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with MuleSoft in an Agile environment; familiarity with front-end/back-end development;
• Tools: Experience with Jira/ADO and other Agile tools;
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred, plus understanding of SAFe/Kanban methodologies;
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
