Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Bengaluru, India

Shift Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Requirements: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Role Overview: This position requires strong facilitation, team coaching, and Agile execution skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with cloud or product teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth Agile delivery and continuous team improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensure adherence to SAFe principles and Agile values, and support teams in PI planning and readiness.

Team Coaching & Improvement: Identify and drive data-backed improvements in team velocity, predictability, and quality. Enhance DevOps maturity in cloud environments.

Delivery Coordination: Track sprint progress, dependencies, and milestones using tools such as Github Project, Azure DevOps, or JIRA. Proactively remove impediments by collaborating with various teams.

Stakeholder Management: Partner with US Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and communicate risks, progress, and delivery updates to US-based leadership.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments.

Experience supporting IT software development teams.

Mandatory certifications: CSM / PSM / SASM / SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).

Familiarity with PM tools.

Exposure to cross-time-zone delivery with US teams.

Preferred Skills: Strong servant leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
