Soul AI, a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, is seeking skilled Scala Developers for freelance opportunities in Kolkata, India. You will contribute to impactful projects focused on delivering high-quality human-curated data and AI-first scaled operations services. We are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clean, efficient code for data processing and transformation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Conduct code evaluations and reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional Scala development experience.
- Proficiency in Scala programming and functional programming concepts.
- Experience with frameworks such as Akka or Spark.
- Demonstrated skill in building scalable, distributed systems and big data applications.
