We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Copilot Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's Copilot ecosystem such as Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, expertise in generative AI concepts, and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business platforms.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents that streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Integrate Copilot capabilities with other business systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to extend and enhance Copilot functionality.
• Conduct internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and documentation to end-users for the successful adoption of new Copilot features.
