Role: AI Copilot Developer

Summary:
Accenture is seeking a talented and innovative AI Copilot Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's Copilot ecosystem such as Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, expertise in generative AI concepts, and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Teams) and other business platforms.
• Create conversational AI experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline workflows.
• Integrate Copilot capabilities with business systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for Gen AI integration.
• Build automation workflows using Power Automate to enhance functionality.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client business processes for AI integration opportunities.
• Expertise in ML, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) scaled for analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with Gen AI preferences, behaviors, values, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services like Azure OpenAI.
