Job Summary: AI Copilot Developer

We are looking for a talented and innovative AI Copilot Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft's Copilot ecosystem, particularly Power BI. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, a deep understanding of generative AI concepts, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business platforms.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create sophisticated conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents that streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Integrate Copilot capabilities with existing business systems through REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, pinpoint high-impact use cases, and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to extend and enhance Copilot functionality.
• Conduct thorough internal testing, validation, and ongoing monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Ensure all developed solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Continuously stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and comprehensive documentation to end-users to facilitate the successful adoption of new Copilot features.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience and Education

• Years of Experience: Typically requires 2-3 years of proven experience in software development, with a specialized focus on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related field.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to assess client business processes, technologies, and data infrastructure for AI integration opportunities and to develop tailored AI strategy frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with a solid grasp of AI concepts, algorithms, and their practical applications in solving real-world business problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and articulating AI strategy recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) pertinent to scaled AI and data analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions that address client business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• A strong understanding of Generative AI (Gen AI) preferences, behaviors, and values.
• Understanding and working knowledge of various large language models (LLMs) to propose and implement the most suitable LLMs for customers based on AI strategies that align with Gen AI principles.
• Working experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
• Working knowledge of the AI and Analytics lifecycle, encompassing problem definition, data preparation, model building, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Additional Skills (Desirable)

• Experience in a client-facing role or technical consultancy.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI, Azure, Microsoft 365).

Technical Expertise
