AI Decision Science Analyst - Automotive & Industrial Focus

Join Accenture's S&C Global Network team as an Ind & Func AI Decision Science Analyst. We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist with 1-3 years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles to contribute to impactful client projects within the Automotive and Industrial sectors. This position offers opportunities in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and monitor AI/ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and process optimization in production environments.
• Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion) for content generation, automated documentation, code synthesis, and intelligent assistants.
• Implement Agentic AI systems, including AI-powered automation and self-learning decision-support systems for industrial applications.
• Design and build Autonomous AI solutions for predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and robotic process automation (RPA).
• Process and analyze structured and unstructured data from diverse sources like IoT sensors and manufacturing logs.
• Optimize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business use cases, ensuring ethical and explainable AI practices.
• Utilize MLOps and AI orchestration tools for streamlined model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and domain experts, to achieve business objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, Autonomous AI, and Multi-Agent Systems research.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and frameworks like Lang Chain or OpenAI API.
• Strong knowledge of ML libraries including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Torch.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
• Understanding of AI model explainability (XAI) and bias detection.
• Knowledge of AI ethics principles.
• Experience with Edge AI and deploying models on embedded devices for industrial automation.
• Exposure to Reinforcement Learning (RL) and AI-driven optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
• An MBA from a top-tier university is also considered.
• Prior exposure to Industrial & Automotive firms or professional services is advantageous.
