Join EY's Data and Analytics team as a Senior Analyst specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) in Noida, India. This role is integral to developing and implementing client solutions across various industry sectors, including financial services, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and telecommunications, utilizing EY's M&A methodologies.

The opportunity involves developing and delivering industry-specific solutions by leveraging expertise in AI, Machine Learning, deep learning, LLM models for Generative AI, text analytics, and Python programming. You will be responsible for creating and implementing solutions that apply AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, and developing APIs using Python. A strong understanding of Big Data and Visualization is advantageous. You will lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications using both open-source (Llama, BERT, Dolly) and closed-source (OpenAI GPT models, MS Azure Cognitive Services, Google's Palm, Cohere) Large Language Models (LLMs). Extensive work with advanced models like GPT-3.5, GPT 4, Llama, and BERT for natural language processing and creative content generation is expected. Additionally, you will design and optimize solutions leveraging Vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval for LLMs.

Key responsibilities include understanding business needs and identifying opportunities for analytics applications, managing large to mid-size projects, ensuring smooth service delivery, and collaborating with project managers on resource needs. You will provide expert reviews for projects within your subject area, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and engage in Go-to-Market strategies and stakeholder management.

Skills and attributes for success include creative and systematic problem-solving, ethical conduct, flexibility, curiosity, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, intercultural intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

To qualify for the role, you must have experience guiding teams on AI/Data Science projects and communicating results to clients. Familiarity with implementing solutions in Azure Cloud Framework, excellent presentation skills, and relevant work experience in developing and deploying AI/Machine Learning models (Azure deployment preferred) are essential. Experience in applying statistical techniques such as Linear and Non-Linear Regression/classification/optimization, Forecasting, and Text Analytics is required. You should be familiar with deep learning and machine learning algorithms, popular AI/ML frameworks, NLG, LLM, and DL Techniques, as well as deep learning and neural network techniques. Expertise in implementing applications using open-source and proprietary LLM models and proficiency with Langchain-type orchestrators or similar Generative AI workflow management tools are critical. A minimum of 2-3 years of Python programming experience, understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and product development principles, willingness to mentor team members, and strong problem-solving skills are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a must.

Ideally, you should possess the ability to think strategically and end-to-end with a result-oriented mindset, build rapport, and gain client trust. Willingness to travel extensively and work on client sites is also expected.
