The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Analyst proficient in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM models for Generative AI, text analytics, and Python Programming. In this role, you will develop and deliver industry-specific solutions (including Financial Services, Consumer Products & Retail, Healthcare & Wellness, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecom, and Real Estate) that are instrumental in implementing EY SaT's mergers and acquisition methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement solutions leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, including the development of APIs using Python.
• Gain relevant understanding of Big Data and Visualization to enhance solution capabilities.
• Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications using both open-source (Llama, BERT, Dolly, etc.) and closed-source (OpenAI GPT models, MS Azure Cognitive Services, Google's PaLM, Cohere, etc.) Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Extensively work with advanced models such as GPT-3.5, GPT 4, Llama, and BERT for natural language processing and creative content generation using contextual information.
• Design and optimize solutions using Vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of contextual data for LLMs.
• Understand business needs and sector-specific challenges to identify opportunities for analytics applications.
• Manage large to mid-size projects, ensuring smooth service delivery across assigned products, engagements, and geographies.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess resource needs and gaps, devising alternative strategies.
• Provide expert reviews for all projects within your domain.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional and cross-competency teams.
• Engage in Go-to-Market strategies and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding teams on AI/Data Science projects and communicating results to clients.
• Familiarity with implementing solutions within the Azure Cloud Framework.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Relevant work experience in developing and implementing AI/Machine Learning models; Azure deployment experience is preferred.
• Experience applying statistical techniques such as Linear and Non-Linear Regression/Classification/Optimization, Forecasting, and Text Analytics.
• Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms, and popular AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Natural Language Generation (NLG), LLM, and Deep Learning (DL) techniques.
• Relevant understanding of Deep Learning and neural network techniques.
• Expertise in implementing applications using open-source and proprietary LLM models.
• Proficiency in using Langchain-type orchestrators or similar Generative AI workflow management tools.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of programming experience in Python.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product development principles.
• Willingness to mentor team members.
• Solid thoughtfulness, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
