Assistant Manager – Full Stack Developer

The Data and Analytics team at EY is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary technology group focused on delivering client projects and solutions across Data Management, Visualization, Business Analytics, and Automation. Our assignments span various countries and industry sectors.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust, interactive web applications. These applications will support EY's SaT mergers and acquisitions methodologies, empowering engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review high-quality code, including unit tests, ensuring adherence to best practices in extensibility, scalability, and design patterns.
• Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into elegant technical designs.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve code bugs.
• Manage mid-size projects, ensuring smooth service delivery for assigned products, engagements, and geographies.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess resource needs and identify solutions for gaps.
• Provide expert reviews for all projects within the assigned domain.

Required Skills

• C# (Expert), Web API, .Net Framework, Multithreading, React or Angular 12+ (both preferred), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Agile Delivery, Design Patterns, Graphical User Interfaces, Responsive Design.
• Ability to work creatively and systematically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Full Stack development experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of strong experience with server-side programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .Net Framework, and Web API.
• Minimum 3-4 years of modern web application development experience with tools like ReactJS or Angular 12+.
• Minimum 3-4 years of client-side JavaScript experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HTML5 & CSS experience.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.
• Database management skills (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of window's applications and multithreading concepts is advantageous.
• Familiarity with application performance optimization techniques, including caching, database indexing, and minimizing network latency.
• Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens.
• Strong understanding of REST API, web design best practices, concurrent patterns, and the latest UI/UX trends.
• Willingness to mentor team members.
• Solid analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
