Assistant Manager – AI / Gen AI - Data Science

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proficient Assistant Manager in AI/GenAI with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, deep learning, and LLM models for Generative AI, text analytics, and Python programming. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering industry-specific solutions for sectors like Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecom, and Real Estate, applying EY's M&A methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement solutions using AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Python APIs.
• Leverage Big Data and Visualization skills for enhanced insights (a plus).
• Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications using both open-source (Llama, BERT, Dolly) and closed-source (OpenAI GPT, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Palm, Cohere) LLMs.
• Utilize advanced models like GPT, Llama, BERT, RAG, and Graph RAG for natural language processing and creative content generation.
• Design and optimize Agentic RAG solutions with Vector databases for efficient data retrieval for LLMs.
• Identify opportunities for analytics applications by understanding business needs and sector dynamics.
• Manage large to mid-size projects, ensuring seamless service delivery across products, engagements, and geographies.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess resource needs and identify solutions for gaps.
• Provide expert reviews for all projects within your domain.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional and competency teams.
• Engage in Go-to-Market strategies and stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

• Experience guiding teams on AI/Data Science projects and communicating results to clients.
• Familiarity with implementing solutions within the Azure Cloud Framework.
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in developing and implementing Agentic GenAI/AI and Machine Learning Models; Azure deployment experience is preferred.
• Experience applying statistical techniques such as Linear and Non-Linear Regression/Classification/Optimization, Forecasting, and Text Analytics.
• Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and popular AI/ML frameworks.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with NLG, LLM, and DL Techniques.
• Relevant understanding of Deep Learning and neural network techniques.
• Expertise in implementing applications using open-source and proprietary LLM models.
• Proficiency in using Langchain-type orchestrators or similar Generative AI workflow management tools.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of programming in Python.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product development principles.
• Willingness to mentor team members.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
