SAP User / Specialist Opportunity in Noida, India (Remote)
AquSag Technologies is seeking a dedicated SAP User / Specialist to join our team on a contractual or freelancing basis. This full-time, remote role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of SAP ERP and its core modules. This position focuses on practical application and data analysis within SAP, rather than technical configuration, making it an excellent opportunity for AI training in a real-world business context.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily utilization of SAP ERP for data management and validation across FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
- Accurate entry, updating, and verification of business data to ensure system integrity and operational efficiency in Noida and remotely.
- Generation and review of standard SAP reports to extract insights for process and business analysis.
- Collaboration with team members to identify, document, and enhance SAP-related workflows.
- Adherence to established business processes and data quality guidelines.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of user-level SAP issues, with timely escalation when required.
- Provision of clear written documentation and communication concerning SAP usage and findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a SAP user, with demonstrable expertise in FI, MM, and SD modules.
- Strong proficiency in SAP navigation, data entry, and validation tasks is essential for this role in Noida.
- A solid understanding of business processes supported by SAP ERP solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data using SAP reporting functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities within a dynamic, collaborative remote environment.
- A track record of successful team collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in supporting or training other SAP users.
- Familiarity with additional SAP modules, such as CO.
