SAP Solution Specialist

Louis Dreyfus Company, a world leader in agricultural product processing and diverse commodity merchandising, is seeking a SAP Supply Chain Solution Specialist to support its expanding needs. We are implementing a global ERP program, BOLD (BackOffice Louis Dreyfus), based on SAP S4Hana, covering key supply chain processes including Procurement (SAP MM with ARIBA and FIORI), Inventory Management (SAP MM), Equipment Repair & Maintenance (SAP PM), Production Planning & Execution (SAP PP), and Quality Inspection (SAP QM).

As a Solution Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Supply Chain processes and their integration within the SAP S4Hana ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include defining target solutions, making high-level design choices aligned with business strategy, setting standards and best practices, and assessing impacts on the information system. You will translate business requirements into clear specifications, collaborate with functional and technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Your key roles will be:

• Gatekeeper of supply chain processes and their integration with the broader ecosystem: understand business needs, translate them into solutions, design cross-process flows, collaborate with various departments, and ensure process maintenance and enhancement.
• Trusted partner for long-term continuous improvement: manage business relationships to define priorities and business value, ensure effective communication, manage personal indicators (KPIs), animate and communicate with other domains for end-to-end design, and develop action plans for solution improvements and incident resolution.
• Project team member in the global S/4 implementation roadmap.

In summary, you will own SAP Supply Chain processes and their integrations, make solution design decisions, manage business relationships for priority and value, and drive long-term value through continuous improvement proposals.

Qualifications:

IT Skills:

• Experience in IT best practices (Must)
• Medium experience in SAP MM (Inventory Management) (Must)
• Medium experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) (Must)
• Basic experience in SAP Integration (IDoc, Web Service, etc.) (Plus)
• Basic experience in SAP Fiori (Plus)
• Basic experience with test campaign executions & automation tools (Plus)
• Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow (Plus)
• First experience on full SAP project lifecycle (Plus)

Business Skills:

• Basic understanding of inventory management and plant maintenance business processes (Must)
• Basic experience in soft commodity trading practices (Plus)

Experience: Minimum 6 years proven experience in large IT projects and in an international multi-cultural environment.

Reporting Line: Solution Manager based in Argentina.
