Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Specialist in FICO to join its team in Gurgaon, India. This role is pivotal for ensuring the effective implementation of business processes within the company's back-office systems. The specialist will be the end-to-end owner of key IT solutions, aligning the delivery roadmap, innovation pipeline, and continuous improvement plan with business needs. A primary mission of this role is to oversee the global SAP rollout's finance core model deployment, requiring close collaboration with business process owners and functional heads to prioritize initiatives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders for seamless integration of the finance core model, managing project timelines and resources, ensuring compliance with local regulations and financial standards, providing training and support to local teams, and monitoring post-deployment performance against business requirements and KPIs. The role demands expertise in financial processes, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, critical for the success of the Asia rollout and potential global projects.

Specific duties involve developing and managing solution delivery, conducting workshops for detailed presentations and training, ensuring support structures and KPIs are maintained, and acting as the primary contact for aligning solution priorities. The specialist will develop strategies for value maximization, own delivery metrics, manage enhancement requests, and handle level 3 support escalations. Vendor management, ensuring business analyst effectiveness, and overseeing implementations impacting the solution are also key. Documentation updates, managing transitions to the Run phase, and designing cross-application flows are essential. Leadership responsibilities include managing team capacity, championing change management, providing functional and SAP expertise, supporting strategic decision-making, conducting business relationship management, developing continuous improvement plans, and fostering team skill development. Support for AMS teams on complex topics and knowledge transfer to enhance support team autonomy are also expected.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, including India local project experience, and a minimum of 5 years in IT project management. Experience in an international, multicultural environment, within a large IT company, and in a team-oriented setting is a plus. Proficiency in IT best practices is a must, with additional advantages in SAP FI CO, test campaign executions & automation tools, interface implementation, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
