Why This Role Exists:

The SAP Security Associate Analyst supports the Security Lead in planning, assessing, and implementing security measures to safeguard Officeworks' systems and data. This role focuses on Secure Software Development, Application Security, and supporting overall IT security operations.

What You Will Do:

Access Management & Operations:

• Investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct application security reviews, including threat modeling and penetration testing.
• Research and deploy security tools for development teams.
• Collaborate with support teams to prioritize security remediation.
• Facilitate security testing and code reviews.
• Provide security training to internal development teams.
• Track and report on application security program effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and accurate access provisioning and manage user access/roles within the SAP landscape.
• Execute processes to resolve security-related issues.
• Achieve key performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives.

Governance, Audit & Compliance:

• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis for platform compliance.
• Support audit activities and reporting.
• Ensure documentation complies with governance and security standards.
• Maintain documentation and vendor engagement in line with laws and policies.

Safety & Accountability:

• Demonstrate high process discipline and attention to detail.
• Identify and report safety hazards or incidents.
• Actively manage safety issues for timely corrective action.

• Internal Partners: Support Analysts, SAP BASIS, Developers, Audit.
• External Partners: SAP Support.

• Control Integrity: Maintain a Role Accuracy Rate of 98%.
• Audit Reliability: Deliver 100% on-time Audit Support.
• Compliance: Zero high-risk findings in security documentation and vendor engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Degree in I.T. or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP security or access management.
• Specialist Knowledge: Strong process discipline and attention to detail.
• Core Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technology Proficiency: SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, IAM Tools, Jira, and Audit/Reporting Platforms.
