What you'll do

Security threats, including viruses, denial-of-service attacks, and information theft, are increasing in frequency and sophistication, while the value of information assets continues to grow. SAP is dedicated to developing the most secure enterprise solutions to safeguard our customers' business operations.

Within the Adoption Service Center, you will have the opportunity to work with and provide solutions for our customers to Run Simple and Run Secure.

• Experience in Security Design & Blueprinting, Customization, Implementation, and Auditing of SAP Roles and Authorizations (S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, BTP, SAC, etc.) for Greenfield implementations or Conversion projects.
• Expert consulting knowledge in one or more of the following solutions: GRC Access Control (AC), Identity Access Governance (IAG), GRC Process Control (PC), GRC Risk Management (RM), Single Sign On, SAP BTP Cloud Identity services, GRC Audit Management (AM), or Business Integrity Screening (BIS) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP Technologies and Methodologies.
• Strong skills in advanced security areas such as identity theft, data security breaches, data leakages in the cloud, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
• Ability to assist team members in developing and implementing technical solutions, including implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction and growing and developing referenceable customers.
• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, ability to drive results, and acceptance of increasing responsibility.
• Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and pursue continuous professional learning of SAP products.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening.
• Must be open to travel.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore / Gurgaon.
• Certifications in SAP (Security Professional, GRC, or a combination thereof).
• Vendor-neutral security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001/31000, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+) will be a significant advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong foundation in S/4HANA Security is a prerequisite. Ability to identify and build portfolios in S/4HANA Security implementation and conversion topics.
• Proficiency in technology security fundamentals and hands-on experience with SAP-specific products and solutions, including the SAP GRC suite (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Integrity Screening), SAP Single Sign-On, and SAP Identity Management.
• Technical knowledge and experience in SAP Business Technology Platform and related solutions such as SAP Business Technology Platform Identity Authentication, Identity Access Governance, and Identity Provisioning is a significant plus.
• Technical knowledge and experience working with SAP Application security, including SAP SaaS and on-premise products.
• Working knowledge of Operating System security and Database Security.
• Experience with secure coding practices and security testing in any capacity will be a significant advantage.
• Technical coding skills in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one programming language such as JAVA or Python.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in implementing SAP Application Security, SAP GRC products, SAP IDM, and SAP SSO (End-user support or Application Maintenance Support roles do not qualify).
