SAP is seeking a skilled SAP Security and GRC + S/4HANA Implementation Consultant for its Adoption Service Center in Gurgaon, India. This role focuses on helping customers run simple and run secure by implementing and auditing SAP security solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, customizing, implementing, and auditing SAP roles and authorizations across various SAP platforms (S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, BTP, SAC) for greenfield or conversion projects.
• Providing expert consulting on SAP GRC solutions such as Access Control (AC), Identity Access Governance (IAG), Process Control (PC), Risk Management (RM), Single Sign On, SAP BTP Cloud Identity services, Audit Management (AM), and Business Integrity Screening (BIS).
• Leveraging strong knowledge of SAP Technologies and Methodologies.
• Applying advanced security expertise in areas like identity theft, data security breaches, cloud data leakages, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
• Assisting team members with technical solutions for implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering customer relationships.
• Adapting to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Taking initiative, driving results, and accepting increasing responsibilities.
• Building strong relationships with peers and clients, and engaging in continuous professional learning of SAP products.
• Demonstrating the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• An analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Openness to travel and willingness to relocate to Bangalore/Gurgaon.
• SAP certifications in Security or GRC, or a combination thereof.
• Vendor-neutral security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001/31000, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+) are a significant advantage.

Technical skills required:

• A strong foundation in S/4HANA Security, with the ability to identify and build portfolios in S/4HANA security implementation and conversion.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC suite of products (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Integrity Screening), SAP Single Sign-On, and SAP Identity Management.
• Technical knowledge and experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related solutions like Identity Authentication, Identity Access Governance, and Identity Provisioning is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP Application Security for both SaaS and on-premise products.
• Working knowledge of Operating Systems security and Database Security.
• Secure Coding practices and Security Testing experience are a plus.
• Technical coding skills in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one programming language like Java or Python.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in implementing SAP Application Security, SAP GRC products, SAP IDM, and SAP SSO. (End-user support or application maintenance support roles are not applicable.)
