Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum of two end-to-end implementation projects, along with experience in support, rollout, or upgrade projects.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.

Professional Mandatory Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Business Processes and Implementation Methodology.
• Experience with Web-based Recipe Development and Specification management.
• Exposure to PLM Web UI for managing Material Master, BOM, Change Numbers, Engineering records, and process routes.
• Experience on Guided Structure Synchronization.
• Exposure to process industry best practices.
• Experience in label management.
• Knowledge of WWI reports, DMS, and Class and Classification.
• Exposure to collaboration tools.

Added Advantage

• Domain Experience is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of the NPDI process.
• SAP PLM Certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge on Integration Modules such as QM / PP / SD is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configuration experience in SAP PLM RD.
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation, Development, and Support activities related to SAP – PLM.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, develop functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
• Create presentation/workshop material for Blueprints and present them to clients.
• Create Process Flows for proposed client business processes.
• Develop Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for provided solutions.

• Ability to manage client interactions independently.
