About This Role

Welcome to TCS! We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Utilities - Billing and Invoicing Consultant based in Kolkata with a minimum of 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U, specifically regarding billing and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of rate categories, types, schemas, rates, operands, facts, billing classes, orders, and complex invoicing workflows. Lead solution design, configuration, and functional delivery for the SCE account.
• Cross-Module Integration: Integrate Billing solutions with Device Management, Meter Reading, Customer Service, FICA, and print/output processes.
• Complex Scenario Handling: Manage utility billing scenarios including rebilling, reversals, budget billing, proration, exceptions, and mass activities. Lead testing efforts like bill comparison, regression testing, and cutover validation.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Provide senior-level guidance to clients, mentor team members, communicate risks effectively, and collaborate with business/IT stakeholders for onsite work in the USA when required.
