SAP HANA ABAP

Join EY's IT Consulting team as a Senior Consultant in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and contribute to global cloud implementation projects. In this role, you will act as a technical leader, guiding project deliverables, mentoring your team, and liaising with onsite coordinators and client representatives. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress, as well as fostering a quality culture and supporting team performance management. This position requires willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical streams in cloud implementation projects.
• Interface with onsite coordinators and client representatives.

Mandatory Skills:

• 3-7 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of AS-ABAP on HANA.
• Proficiency in HANA Data Modelling Concepts.
• Experience with Custom code push down techniques.
• Practical knowledge of ABAP Development Toolkit (ADT).
• Project experience with CDS and AMDP.
• Experience in Module pool programming, Adobe forms, and Smart Forms.
• Strong ABAP Programming skills with RICEFW development experience.
• Sound knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the enhancement framework.
• Familiarity with SAP data migration tools.
• Experience with SAP GATEWAY.
• Real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects.
• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with 3-7 years of industry experience.

Advantageous Technical Skills:

• HANA analytics (predictive and text analysis).
• Knowledge of Fiori and SAP BO tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
