Job Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our IT Consulting team to contribute to various cloud implementation projects for our global clientele.
Client Responsibilities
- Act as a Technical Team Leader, contributing to various technical streams within cloud implementation projects.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables from your team.
- Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
- Provide regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
- Interface with customer representatives as needed.
- Be willing to travel to customer locations on an as-needed basis.
People Responsibilities

- Manage performance of direct reports in accordance with organizational policies.
- Foster teamwork and lead by example.
- Provide training and mentoring to project resources.
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AS-ABAP on HANA.
- Strong understanding of HANA Data Modelling Concepts.
- Experience with custom code push-down techniques.
- Practical knowledge of ABAP Development Toolkit (ADT).
- Must have project experience with CDS and AMDP.
- Experience with Module Pool Programming, Adobe Forms, and Smart Forms.
- Solid ABAP Programming skills with experience in RICEFW development.
- Sound knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the New Enhancement Framework.
- Familiarity with SAP data migration tools.
- Experience with SAP GATEWAY.
- Good to have SAP HANA/ABAP skills, OData, and backend Fiori skills.
- Real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects.
- BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with 3-7 years of sound industry experience.
Additional Technical Skills (Advantageous)
- HANA analytics (predictive and text analysis).
- Knowledge of Fiori and SAP BO tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
