We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO S/4HANA Senior Functional Analyst with expertise in data migration to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling modules, particularly within the S/4HANA environment, and a proven track record in data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA data migration projects, focusing on Finance and Controlling modules.
• Perform data migration for SAP Asset, Open GL, AP/AR, and execute Costing Runs during mock loads in S/4HANA.
• Utilize various SAP objects and import methods within the SAP FICO module.
• Employ migration tools and techniques including Migration Cockpit, XML, LSMW, IDOC, RFC, and ABAP Proxy.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define data mapping requirements.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office products for data analysis, project scheduling, business process modeling, documentation, and training.
• Advise and support clients in addressing data quality challenges.
• Translate client requirements into robust solution definitions, adhering to data management best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical senior audiences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data management and migration strategies and methodologies.
• Apply understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling on S/4HANA data migration projects or ETL-based solutions.
• Total expected experience: 06-08 years.
