SAP FICO Consultant - Hybrid (Pune/Mumbai)

Digital Mapout Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8-15 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 end-to-end greenfield implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Accounting and Managerial Finance processes, preferably within the distribution or reseller industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate finance business requirements into robust SAP solution designs.
• Demonstrate deep functional knowledge in SAP Finance modules, encompassing Accounting, Management Accounting, Tax, Profitability Analysis, Financial and Operational Reporting, Regulatory and Accounting Standards, and Consolidation.
• Understand and manage the people, process, and procedural change impacts of SAP Finance module implementations.
• Leverage industry best practices for SAP Finance solutions.
• Comprehend and integrate related cross-functional business processes in OTC, SCE, P2P, and WM.

Areas of Process Focus:

• Cross-application integration of Finance with OTC, P2P, SCE, Web, and Partner Connectivity.
• Adherence to Finance and Accounting standards, including GAAP, IAS, IFRS, Compliance, and SOX.
• Expertise in SAP New GL, Intercompany, Consolidation, Budgeting, and Planning.
• Proficiency in Fiscal, Statutory, and period reporting (month, quarter, year-end).
• Master Data management, validation, and governance.
• Management of Accounts Payable (AP), Travel Management, and Vendor Claims.
• Experience with Controlling, Project Systems, Profitability Analysis, and Reporting.
• Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management (FSCM).
• Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, Treasury, and Tax.
• Asset Accounting.
• Data migration activities.

This is a hybrid role, with opportunities based in Pune (Hinjewadi) and Mumbai (Andheri East).
