Full Job Description
EY is seeking a Senior SAP Datasphere Specialist for our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data architectures within SAP Datasphere.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth, hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere functionalities, including Spaces, Local Tables, Views, Data Flow, Replication Flow, Transformation Flow, DAC, Task Chain, and Intelligent Lookup. You should be adept at provisioning data from diverse SAP and non-SAP sources, managing replication processes, and optimizing space utilization within Datasphere.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining core SAP Datasphere artifacts: Spaces, Local Tables, Views, Data Flow, Replication Flow, Transformation Flow, DAC, Task Chain, and Intelligent Lookup.
- Managing data provisioning from SAP and non-SAP sources to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
- Designing and implementing Replication Flows for efficient data movement out of Datasphere.
- Overseeing Space management within SAP Datasphere to optimize storage and enhance performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives and IT standards.
- Applying expertise in S/4HANA CDS views and BW/4HANA concepts for data modeling and reporting.
- Utilizing reporting tools such as AFO, SAC, or Power BI to generate insightful data visualizations and reports.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Warehouse (BI/BW/HANA) with a proven track record of leading and delivering full-life cycle implementations.
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA CDS views.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
