About the Role:

The SNP Consultant – Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing S/4HANA solutions, focusing on data migration and transformation. You will be responsible for ensuring proposed solution architectures align with business requirements and adhere to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and validate solution architectures for S/4HANA implementations, ensuring they meet stated and implied business needs.
• Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
• Articulate and present various technological viewpoints.
• Plan, design, implement, and maintain solutions using SAP and development life cycle best practices.
• Analyze business and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Set up, program (if applicable), conduct test cycles, create documentation and training materials, and deliver customer training.
• Provide go-live and post go-live support.
• Leverage knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions, and new SAP technologies.
• Propose improvements for internal tools, create specifications for functionality enhancements, and develop test scenarios.
• Utilize standard SNP Transformation software and Crystal Bridge Transformation for project implementation.
• Coordinate data migration projects within SAP environments.
• Design and implement technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and S/4HANA migrations at both system and data levels.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of SAP-related experience.
• At least three (3) full lifecycle implementations.
• Proficiency with SAP tools for data volume analysis (table and system level).
• Experience with ECC and S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Knowledge or specialization in any SAP Module, with a preference for FI or CO module implementation experience.
• Experience in ABAP development activities and support during large implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP LT or SAP SLO is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in data migration projects, including:
• Creation of data migration concepts (extraction, mapping rules).
• Data validation and reconciliation.
• Cutover planning.
• Demonstrated high drive, self-motivation, and team player attitude.
• Accountability for delivering agreed-upon tasks with quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• SAP Certification in any module is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills.
