SAP S/4HANA Cloud L2 Support - Technical & Functional Roles
PwC India is seeking experienced SAP Consultants to join their internal SAP S/4HANA Cloud L2 Support team. This role is crucial for the ongoing support, system operation, monitoring, and new configuration requests within PwC’s global SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation, focusing on financial, controlling, sales, billing, and project management modules.
Key Responsibilities (Functional):
- Resolve functional and technical issues within SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) or SD/PS (Sales & Distribution/Project System) modules.
- Handle problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, production support documentation, and implementation assistance.
- Provide daily second-level support to PwC network SAP S/4HANA users.
- Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and manage system configuration aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities (Technical):
- Provide L2 technical support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications, integrations, and environments.
- Maintain services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including CPI, IAS, ALM, DI, and SAC.
- Configure, enhance, and upgrade SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications and integrations.
- Offer day-to-day support for technical and infrastructure-related issues.
- Perform technical monitoring and support for integrations.
- Manage system configuration, user access, and security in accordance with corporate policies.
- Create and deliver documentation, training, and communication for feature and process changes.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional support and customizing for internal or external clients.
- Proficiency in at least one business domain: Finance, Controlling, Sales, or Project System, with strong knowledge in:
- FICO: New GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, CO Master Data, etc.
- SD/PS: Org Structure setup, Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Tax Determination, Outputs, Materials Setup, Project System, Revenue Recognition, WIP Management, Down Payment Process.
- Solid understanding of the SAP landscape and integrations with other business solutions (e.g., CPI, Concur, SAP HCM, Replicon, Coupa).
- Experience in SAP complex international environments, requiring high agility and professionalism.
- 4+ years of working experience and practical knowledge of technical support for various SAP landscapes, preferably in cloud technologies.
- Previous L2, L3, or TechOps Support experience with ITSM Tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Previous experience in SAP S/4HANA or cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data and Business Partner concepts is a plus.
- Experience in business systems service delivery and knowledge of ITIL service management processes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, bridging business and IT communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire to help end-users.
- Positive, quality-oriented mindset and ability to learn quickly.
- University degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Technology, or related fields.
- Fluent English.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Knowledge of API management tools.
- BADI and ABAP experience, preferably on SAP Cloud Platform.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis for complex problem resolution.
- University degree in Information Technology or related fields.
