About This Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP Hybris QA Tester Consultant to join our IT Advisory Services team in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality testing solutions for global clients across various sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies within Agile/Scrum frameworks using tools like Zephyr, Postman, or SoapUI.
- Create clear, concise test cases; manage defects from identification to resolution throughout the software lifecycle.
- Analyze results on various operating systems, browsers, and devices to ensure product standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, stakeholders) to troubleshoot issues and deliver seamless client support.
- Lead post-release testing and provide detailed defect reports that drive continuous improvement.
