Fort Technologies is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a SAP Cloud Business Analyst, Tester, and Data Analyst. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary range of INR 250,000 to 800,000 annually, with opportunities for growth for individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience. We have multiple openings across our prime locations in Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meticulously gather and comprehend business requirements.
• Translate intricate business needs into practical and effective solutions leveraging SAP Public Cloud technologies.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and productive meetings to elicit and thoroughly document all requirements.

2. Testing:

• Develop comprehensive and robust test plans, detailed test cases, and meticulously execute all testing activities.
• Conduct thorough system testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure quality.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to efficiently address and resolve any identified defects.

3. Data Analysis:

• Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable and strategic insights.
• Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and security within SAP Public Cloud environments.

4. Implementation and Optimization:

• Lead the successful implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions, ensuring complete alignment with overarching business goals.
• Continuously optimize and enhance SAP Public Cloud configurations to significantly improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with end-users and IT teams to support seamless system adoption and user proficiency.

5. Documentation:

• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations, processes, and comprehensive user guides.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to industry best practices and internal company standards.
