SAP Business Data Cloud Consultant

Role Overview:

You will design and deliver cutting-edge SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) solutions. Your expertise in Datasphere and SAC enables you to perform real data science on top of these platforms, with a unique focus on understanding user needs, validating data integrity, and building trust through intuitive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling: Architect spaces, views, analytic models, and semantic layers within SAP Datasphere.
• Analytics Development: Create compelling stories and planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Digital Transformation: Collaborate with clients to migrate from BW to BDC ecosystems.
• Advanced Modeling: Extend capabilities in SAP Databricks, focusing on forecasting, segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• User Discovery: Lead discovery sessions across finance, supply chain, and operations teams.
• KPI Strategy: Define measurable KPIs with business stakeholders to ensure accurate performance tracking.
• UX Research: Conduct interviews and analyze usage data to refine design patterns and training programs.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, SAC, or BW/4HANA.
• Data Science Proficiency: Working knowledge of Python/R, statistics, and a portfolio of deployed models.
• Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with S/4HANA data structures in finance, supply chain, or sales.
• Technical Foundation: Strong SQL skills and expertise in logical data modeling.
• Client Engagement: Experience managing US-based clients, conducting virtual sessions, and delivering clear documentation.
