SAP Business Analyst Supply Chain

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and test scripts while supporting critical supply chain and planning processes within a structured SDLC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document comprehensive business requirements across the full Supply Chain spectrum: Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Delivery.
• Create clear, detailed user stories with precise acceptance criteria and functional specifications tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Leverage deep expertise in SAP Material Master data structures, including product numbering conventions and related master data management.
• Provide hands-on support for MAKE/Procure/Deliver supply chain processes ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and execute rigorous test scripts covering functional validation and system integration testing protocols.
• Collaborate seamlessly with technical architects and business stakeholders to map SAP integrations, database tables, and data flows.
• Navigate the SDLC lifecycle effectively, adhering to strict compliance requirements, executing test plans, and generating summary reports.
• Utilize JIRA for managing user stories, defect tracking, sprint planning, and overall project visibility.
• Rapidly learn and support OMP (Order Management Planning) tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.
