Sample Coordinator

As a Samples Coordinator in Mississauga, ON, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing merchandising operations by meticulously managing sample intake, ensuring systematic organization, and fostering seamless communication with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include executing established sample intake processes, maintaining organized and safe sample storage areas compliant with health and safety standards, and proactively collaborating with the Support Administrator to manage space capacity and facilitate necessary purges. You will also be instrumental in preparing and moving samples for various meetings and events, including style-outs, vision/strategy sessions, and walk-throughs. Additionally, you'll assist in setting up and resetting merchant spaces with fixtures and displays, coordinate quarterly marketing samples, and liaise with the Corporate Responsibility department for the donation of purged samples. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in MS Office applications.
