Role: Salesforce Solution Architect - Marketing Cloud (Remote)

We are seeking a visionary Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with 8+ years of platform experience and specialized expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Life Sciences sectors to lead end-to-end solution architecture.

Core Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Governance: Implement and govern end-to-end solutions aligned with business outcomes, standards, security/compliance (including GxP/validated environments), driving environment strategy and CI/CD governance using Git/SFDX/Copado.
• Discovery & Design Leadership: Lead client-facing workshops to translate requirements into functional designs. Own solution documentation including diagrams, data flows, and integration specs.
• Data Architecture (Cloud + Snowflake): Architect Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities (Journeys, Automations) alongside Data Cloud models for identity resolution, segmentation, and activation across Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems.
• MuleSoft & Integration Strategy: Define integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP), partner with MuleSoft teams on API-led connectivity, error handling, and monitoring. Coordinate middleware strategies even when not directly building flows.
• Tech Leadership: Provide technical guidance to offshore/onshore delivery teams via design reviews and quality gates for regulated Life Sciences projects involving HCP/patient data.

Mandatory Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• Salesforce Expertise: 8+ years total Salesforce experience with 3+ as an Architect/Lead. Certified in Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, and Platform Administrator required.
• Data & Analytics: Hands-on design of Data Models, Identity Resolution, and Activation strategies utilizing Snowflake integration patterns (Data Sharing).
• Industry Experience: Required Prior delivery within Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences organizations. Deep understanding of industry-specific compliance, auditability, change control for patient/customer data.
• Development & Automation: Strong hands-on knowledge in Data Modeling, Security (Profiles/Permission Sets), and Flows. Programmatic development trade-offs via Apex/LWC required to guide developers effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Veeva Vault/CRM or IQVIA OCE ecosystem experience.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1).
• Experience with Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
• SATC certifications in Data Architecture, Integration, and IAM.
