Salesforce Solution Architect – Marketing Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect - Marketing Cloud to lead the design and implementation of robust marketing solutions. With over 8 years of Salesforce platform experience (including 5+ as a Solutions Architect) and deep expertise in Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences domains, you will drive technical leadership for complex client engagements.

Core Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Implement end-to-end architecture aligned with business outcomes, platform standards, and strict compliance requirements (GxP).
• Data Strategy: Architect Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities (journeys, automations) alongside Data Cloud data models for identity resolution and activation.
• Integration Design: Define integration patterns between Salesforce, Snowflake, MuleSoft, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven approaches.
• Governance & CI/CD: Drive environment strategy, deployment readiness via Git/SFDX/Copado/Gearset, and maintain rigorous validation processes for regulated life sciences delivery.
• Leadership: Provide technical guidance to onshore/offshore teams, support presales scoping, and deliver executive-ready storytelling with clients in India and globally.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce experience (with 5+ as an Architect/Lead).
• Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer; Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
• Hands-on Snowflake integration for data and analytics use cases.
• MuleSoft coordination experience and MuleSoft Level 1 certification preferred.
• Veeva (Vault, CRM) ecosystem knowledge is a strong plus.
