Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer - Contract

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer to design, develop, and integrate advanced telephony solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect integration, custom Apex/LWC development, and contact center workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
• Integrate platforms with Amazon Connect and various telephony systems.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing, CTI, IVR, and complex agent workflows.
• Maintain REST API integrations and optimize system performance.

Required Skills:

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience with proven expertise in Service Cloud Voice implementation. Strong debugging abilities and the capacity to work independently on a short-term contract are essential.
