Job Description: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience:

• Total: 5+ Years
• Relevant: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define business, functional, and technical requirements, and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Contribute to the development and execution of testing, training, and documentation efforts.
• Engage in the sales cycle as needed, including solution definition, pre-sales activities, estimating, and project planning.
• Be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables such as requirements specifications, design documents, status reports, and project plans.
• Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in application design, support, and practice development.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and 'how-to' guidance.
• Conduct regular reviews of implementations by junior developers, providing feedback and suggestions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, effectively delegating tasks.
• Independently set up development environments and guide junior development teams.
• Communicate effectively with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation phases.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms.
• Possession of at least the Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Direct experience with CRM projects for middle market and enterprise-sized companies.
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns.
• Proficiency in Force.com Platform development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• Experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Demonstrated experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as SCRUM.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
