Salesforce LWC Developer - Cognizant, Delhi, India

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SFDC Customization, SFDC Integration, and SFDC Lightning. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical background, preferably with experience in the Retail Banking domain. The position is hybrid, requiring work during the day shift with no travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Implement and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development techniques.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SFDC Customization including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
• Proficient in SFDC Integration with experience in REST and SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in SFDC Lightning including developing Lightning components and applications.
• Experience in the Retail Banking domain is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of data security and best practices in Salesforce.
