About The Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead complex solution delivery across Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Industry Solutions for clients in Manufacturing, CPG, Industrial Goods, Financial Services, and more.

• Define end-to-end Salesforce strategy, architecture, integration patterns, security models, and DevOps practices.
• Lever LWC, Apex, Flow Builder, Data Architecture, IAM, and API best practices to build scalable apps.
• Advise on Build vs. Buy decisions, Single-org vs. Multi-org strategies for complex deployments.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; 8-14+ years experience in IT Architecture and Salesforce development with relevant certifications (Application Architect & System Architect). Proven track record delivering solutions to 5-10 major clients. Strong expertise integrating SFDC with ERPs, CBS systems, LMS, Tableau/Kafka analytics platforms, and public clouds.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CXOs on business needs, present strategic proposals, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive business development to expand client relationships in target geographies including India (Mumbai/Gurgaon).
