Role: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that enable patient-centric and member-centric healthcare experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, Health Cloud data models, Experience Cloud, integrations, and healthcare domain workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Map healthcare, clinical, and life sciences data into the Salesforce Health Cloud standard data model using Person Accounts.
• Build and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud portals using LWC, Aura Components, and standard Salesforce capabilities.
• Create and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and SOQL-based solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices, healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA), and data protection standards.

Detailed Requirements:

**Experience:** 8 to 12 years in Salesforce development; minimum 2+ years specifically in Health Cloud. Expertise required in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and Healthcare domain knowledge including Care Plans, Patient Timeline configuration, REMS processes, and Consent Management.
