Salesforce FSC Technical Lead

About the Role: As a Salesforce FSC Technical Lead in Bengaluru, you will be pivotal in building scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Integration Procedures. You will lead senior developers, manage CI/CD pipelines with DevOps tools (Copado/Gearset/Azure), and ensure production readiness through rigorous code reviews and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce low-level designs (LLDs) and component designs from architect HLDs.
• Mentor senior developers, allocate work efficiently, and review deliverables for quality.
• Own code reviews, static analysis, unit-test coverage, and deployment readiness checks.
• Build complex components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Integration Procedures as required.
• Manage source-control branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and environment promotions alongside DevOps teams.
• Support performance tuning, governor-limit management, and overall production readiness for Salesforce environments including FSC data models.

Essential Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, OmniStudio, and Integration Procedures (REST/SOAP callouts).
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Copado or Gearset.
