The Role: Technical Architect

We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our Field Service Professional Services team, working across technology and business stakeholders to usher customers into the next phase of their transformation journey using Salesforce's Field Service Platform (SFS).

Key Responsibilities

• Ai-Driven Architecture: Drive Enterprise AI architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom environments, optimizing performance and platform limits.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements. Lead technical design sessions using advanced LLMs for architectural review and simulation of edge cases.
• AI-First Methodology: Champion an AI-first delivery approach, utilizing developer assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate implementation across projects involving custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Governance & Quality: Provide oversight on Salesforce projects, define coding standards, lead code reviews, and ensure adherence to design patterns. Maintain target billable utilization while debugging complex issues.

Technical Requirements

• Credentials: Degree or equivalent with 9-14 years of CRM experience (minimum 6 years on the Salesforce platform).
• SFDC Expertise: End-to-end Field Service Implementation; expert understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
• Architecture & Integration: Ability to design scalable solutions for high-volume data. Proficiency with authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and integration tools (ETL, CPQ).
• Development Skills: Strong background in Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development, and environment/release management.
