Salesforce Engineer

About this Role

The Salesforce Application Developer will design, develop, and support scalable solutions across Sales, Revenue & Experience Cloud. This role focuses on building sales automation processes for Quoting and Revenue operations while enhancing customer/partner portal experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud & Revenue Cloud to support external portals and internal workflows.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, REST APIs, and integration logic with third-party systems like ERP/PIMS via Boomi or middleware.
• Leverage an AI-first mindset using Salesforce AI and Agentic AI features such as Agentforce to automate complex business workflows and hyper-personalize user journeys.
• Configure Revenue Cloud capabilities including Quote Management, Pricing Procedures, Contract management, and Approval Flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system testing, performance tuning, CI/CD deployments (Git/Copado), and adherence to security best practices.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC/Aura components, Declarative Automation, Web Services, and Governor Limits. Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud & Revenue Cloud (CPQ) is required. Experience integrating Agentforce for autonomous agents is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer, CPQ Consultant, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
