This Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer role at American Express Global Business Travel involves developing scalable enhancements on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) while adhering to SDLC best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and debug components using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow with Platform Developer I certification expertise.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Gearset for end-to-end release management across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments.
  • Implement integrations with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, VSCode, Postman, Jira, Confluence, and other development tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct peer code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and participate in daily stand-ups for team alignment.
