About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with between 5 to 7 years of experience. You will develop, enhance, and support applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows. Key responsibilities include resolving production issues, debugging APIs and integrations, configuring Service Cloud capabilities (Omni-Channel, Case Management), and performing data mapping.
Technical Expertise Required
- 5+ years in Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting integration failures.
- Familiarity with Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), and deployment tools.
Preferred Skills
An advantage to have expertise with MuleSoft or Azure Integration Services. Familiarity with Agentforce/Salesforce AI capabilities is beneficial. Experience in regulated environments such as GxP/CSV would be advantageous.
